I applied for this position as a part of two day Walk-in in April, 2014. It took 2 days, one for interview and other for orientation/offer.
The interview actually consisted 5 parts
Grammar >> HR >> Versant >> Mock Chat >> Final Interview
out of which i was not asked to take Mock Chat.
The HR guys were really COOL, they were very informative, supportive throughout the process.

None, all the questions were about myself. So all u need to do is be genuine and Confident.
It really helps if you posses good typing skills.

Interview
The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
