Preguntas personales, pruebas de escuchar y y verificar datos, hacer multitareas, intentar no contradecirse al responder las preguntas ya que son muy parecidas, saber trabajar en equipo, trabajo bajo presión, que si cumplo con lo que debo o doy mas de lo que piden, preguntas reales de casos que se tratan en el día a día del trabajo

Que si notaba cuando un compañero estaba indispuesto, triste, enojado
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
