Interview
This is a 4 hours panel interview, you meet with a manager , a senior BD (Business Devlopment Representative, a peer, and another senior. You have to speak in english and apply the Leadership Principles while using the STAR method. Please provide as much data and metrics as possible.

Interview
Had a phone screening with an HR representative in which she asked me to talk about my experience and interest in AWS. She also went ahead and gave me useful tips, especially becuase I was coming from a different industry, and was very very helpful. The second interview was with a Senior member of the Team in which she asked questions regarding why AWS, some technical questions about AWS and three questions about the Amazon Leadership Principals
