I applied trough an employee referral and the process took 2 days.
The first round is Self Introduction round which happens face to face or in the presence of fellow applicants followed by an Online round (not aptitude) and HR round.

3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
