I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Know your leadership principles, as these will be the basis for the interview. Each interviewer focuses on a different one and uses STAR method questioning. Have numbers and be prepared for an all day grueling series of hour long interviews. Have an equal number of questions yourself. Avoid a heavy lunch, as it will slow you down for the second half.

Question 1
What makes you believe that you are a "raise the bar" higher than at least half of the people currently here?
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
