Interview
Applied through an on campus career fair and was contacted to come in for an in-person interview the next day. I met with one person. There were very normal interview questions and one problem.
Was flown in for in-person interview. Group of candidates were interviewing the same day and we cycled through rounds of interviews. I believe interviewers were a mix of HR and people in the similar role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Derby, England)
Interview
Amazon follows Leadership Principles in day to day operations. On their website they listed their all leadership principles. They will pick 2-3 leadership principles closer to matching role and will ask releted questions based on that during whole interview.
