Interview
Interviews are set up as a day long process. You meet with 6-7 employees, typically for 30-45 minutes each. They are each interviewing based on the Amazon leadership principles. You will meet with people from your immediate work group, other groups under the same leader, and then just general amazon employees who will be interviewing for general fit and competency.
