Apply… with your resume, this will be reviewed by a recruiter and usually a SME to determine eligibility. If you meet the requirements you will be moved into a phone screen. This is usually a 30-45min phone call with a department specific SME. This is usually slightly informal but may be asked in the STAR format. If you make it past the phone screen and are inclined, they will seat you for the final interview with depending on the business unit or team will include 3-5 1:1 interviews that are about 45min each. Usually the interviews will consist of 2 SMEs, a stakeholder in that BU, HR, and an extra interviewer. They will ask specific questions (behavior based) based on the leadership principles. After the interview “pod” or “loop” you will hear back from the recruiter in approx 5 days with a decision. Key is to go into the interview prepared and make sure to remember that your stories should be about stuff you did…not your team. STAR is key, if you don’t use STAR or prep with projects you’ve worked on, you won’t do well.
