Interview process was pretty smooth. Being able to make a conversation with recruiters will make the process more comfortable. If you prepare and familiarize yourself with Amazon's 17 leadership principle, you should have an answer to every question.

Question: What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
