The process started with a 15 min phone call, vetting. Then the second round was broken into two days of questions a few weeks after the phone call. First day was personality vetting and learning the company and role. Second day was technical, 2-3 questions about 30-40 mins per. Interviewers were very helpful and supportive if you were stumped.
