I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Tampa, FL) in Sept 2020
Interview
Interviewing with Amazon is extremely straightforward. Opens with a quick getting to know you, followed by a series of 5 scenario-based questions. They follow a format called STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results), that easily allows you to structure your answer to your benefit.

Question 1
Name a time that you were faced with a difficult situation and didn't have time to consult with your manager.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
