Apply online by entering your work history, age, other information, etc, , go take the drug test, pass the drug test, accept the position, get hired, and start your first day
No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
