Majority of the interview process was assessed by two people in Amazon roles currently. They are asked to interview by providing questions based on a sheet given by network HR. The ones interviewing are current employees and not HR. Which is interesting.

Question 1
What is a difficult situation between two people that you had to diffuse. What did you do?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
