Went well, had a OA and common HR questions, and solved both but failed some hidden test cases. OA second question was significantly harder than the first , used brute force but should have used a binary search tree but ran out of time

Two OA questions is a simple modulus sum and another is a decision based question
HR interview, then I had 1 45 minute coding round with 10 minutes behavioral and 35 minutes coding. Behavioral round was typical star format questions probing at leadership principles. Ex. Tell me about a time you took initiative and it didn’t work out.
