I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxembourg) in Jan 2020
Interview
Multi interview process with both business and HR team. Structured interviews based on the Leadership Principles which are readily available online. Dived deep into examples of previous experience. Respectful interviewers and enjoyable experience. Combination of online and face to face.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England)
Interview
After 6 long interviews, getring through to the final round and a written exercise, no feedback was given. Only received generic template email saying my application was no longer being progressed. Interviews were robotic and lack any human emotion. The questions around the leadership principles are overly complicated, long winded and abstract. The interview process feels like more of a test of how well you can speak "Amazon" than how competent, qualified and suitable you are for the role.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to go against your team, what did you do? What was the outcome? How did ypu measure success?
Very Interesting but energising experience. It is one day long with about 4 interviews and lunch with a peer. It is a great chance to chat with whom you will be working with and hear about their experience.
