We should be fluent in English. They are friendly and all the questions are situation based . We should be confident .. self intro is important. Interviewers are very friendly. Interview time is 20 min max

If there is a delay in the delivery and the customer is already paid the money now he want a refund because the product not reached him on the delivery date .. how will you convince?will you accept for the refund?

It was easy and quick. did not take a lot of time and announced the results immediately.
The first round was analytical round. it also had logical questions and scenario based questions
