The interview process went really well. It was structured and thorough, allowing me to showcase my skills and experiences effectively. I connected well with the interviewers, and there was a good alignment between my qualifications and what they were looking for. Overall, it was a positive experience that left me feeling confident about my chances moving forward.

Question 1
Behavioral Questions: These ask about your past experiences to understand how you've handled specific situations. For example, "Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict in a team."
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
