Interview
The interview was a typical competency based interview which was conducted to align back to the Amazon principles. The process was relatively straight-forward and aligned with other interviews attended at similar large organisations. The interviewer was very friendly and the experience was mostly a positive one.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
