Initial call with another GSM. Very approachable, he was down to business but polite and personable. He had specific LP questions to ask, but also engaged personally asking about experience and interest in the role, was upfront about the scope of role. Really appreciated his insight.

Online interview with recruiter, recuiter explain role detail, company benefit, and then ask past experience, 2-3 questions which related with JD.
There will be 3 steps if move forward, the first step is with recruiter manager about one hour
Sec. step is writing an essay
The final is 5hours round interview with team member or funtional members
