no interview. just sign up. I would do it again it if I could. the pay is decent if you know how to hustle. tips are even better. I think the market is saturated with workers tho

Easy, straightforward. Apply online, set up interview date, went in but not really an interview because they just check your work authorization and ran drug test, get scheduled for 1st training day. Since it is seasonal flex associate it only a few area you will get assigned
Onboarding is lacking information. They rely to much on app chat, hr was non existent at my location and when it was on site they all gave different answers. Felt like I was the only one that cared about answers.
