Interview
The interview process included a very challenging simulation assessment, with day-in-the-life examples for the role. This took around one hour to complete, then a personality assessment which was another 20 minutes.

Analyze data from a team lead's email and assign responses into "Highly effective" to "ineffective".
Challenging, long - need to have multiple examples from previous roles which is challenging if you are early on in your career and have worked on larger projects instead of multiple smaller projects.

Interview will be tough with many rounds. Mainly on 14 principles of Amazon. You should wait for a long month to get the offer letter. You dont get proper response from HR team.
