I applied this position online and two days later an HR contacted me via email to confirm the initial telephone interview date. I received the call on the arranged day. and the HR confirms if I passed the initial telephone interview, I will then invited to an online test from Chinese to English, then an formal 45 mins telephone interview, then interview on Amazon company.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
