Amazon Business Development Manager - Advertising Platforms interview questions

I was approached for the role by a recruiter from Amazon. I was then engaged with multiple phone interviews, a very lengthly and detailed interview process and pre-screening folks including testing and told I was a good fit... only to have it fall over with hiring manager.
