Amazon Data Center(Server Operation) interview questions

I had absurd experience today. They call from Amazon Seoul. I applied for Amazon server operation manager. the woman telephone interviewer asked me explain about definition of server raid in English.. I told her in English the woman interviewer finally decided herself "You're not native so You will not be selected, anyways you will not be selected, you get informed." She said something like this. I was wondering. Do I manage servers by just speaking? I will not be selected just because of that the fact I'm not English native? What she said was the most awkward and made me feel so absurd. Is it transparent? It did happened from the Caller, Amazon Seoul Korean woman interviewer. Please send me back. where do I talk about absurd interview process by email or by whatever? It doesn't make sense at all! She doesn't even know how the server works! She's definitely a parachute! Here voice is definitely controlling the person to be discouraged. very absurd. the language requirement were both English and Korean. It is server job but by telephone the Korean woman interviewer said very absurd. That doesn't make sense at all!
