Amazon's interview process was very organized, allowing for ample preparation for the role. The process began with an email scheduling a pre screen. The screening was performed by someone not directly associated with the role, in line with their non bias hiring practices. The structure was based on the Leadership/Principle worksheet, which allowed for excellent interview prep. If you get past the first they move you on to a final panel which included 5 additional interviews, hour long interviews. The 2 of the interviewers were in a department not related to the position, with the remaing 3 in the department correspinding with the role.
