Amazon Program Manager, Community interview questions

Sent resume into recruiter and was notified of the phone interview. It was my first time interviewing with a large company and I didn't prepare well enough. Specifically, I should have thought through and understood the role's strategic function more in relation to other departments, the region of service, evaluation of team, etc.
