Interview
The recruitment process is composed by 3 phases:
1. Online assessment, serveral tasks have to be completed using common sense and numerical analysis skills
2. Phone interview, this is a 1 hour long chat with an Amazonian who will ask both behavioural and technical questions
3. The loop, 4 hours interview including a 10 minutes presentation which can be prepared in advance

The whole process was very quick, starting from a semi-technical test to a phone interview with a current consultant and a final on-site interview with 4 current employees.
