Amazon Programmer Manager interview questions

Terrible HR team, went through all rounds of interviews and 2 weeks after final one and 4 emails later, nobody bothered telling me I did not get the job... had to call to just get a rude 'you did not pass, the experience didn't match our expectations' - did they need 5 rounds of interviews vs. just looking at the CV to figure this out?....
