Amazon Senior Training Program Manager interview questions

Applied online and received an interview request fairly quickly. I setup a time with the recruiter and then received the call information along with some links to read up on Amazon's leadership principles and culture. The interview happened through their virtual meeting platform called Amazon Chime. The hiring manager started asking me questions immediately and didn't turn on her webcam. After speaking the hiring manager for a few minutes, it was clear that this was a role that didn't align with my skill set. I'm surprised that the recruiters even setup the call with the manager. Just a waste of time for everyone included in the process.
