I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Mar 2011
Interview
1st step-phone screen, consisted of background questions, review of resume (real easy) 2nd step-F2F interview, met with District Sales Manager. This took about an hour and was mostly reviewing sales experience, resume/education review, STAR interview format. This was straight forward and fairly simple. 3rd step-2nd F2F with 2 DSMs. I received this call about 5 weeks after the initial F2F. 2nd F2F was not very professional. Both DSMs spent more time joking with each other than talking about the position. During the interview the other DSM reviewed the same STAR questions from my initial F2F. Not sure if they were looking for contiunity or what, but I really felt like a broken record. This interview lasted about 2 hours. I followed up with 2 emails and 2 phone calls with no response from the DSM (hiring manager). You think if you go that far in a hiring process then you would at least get a ding letter. I received nothing.

Great interview process at AstraZeneca. They really want to know you and how you handle certain situations. Looking for strong closing and improvements from each rounds. The process overall wasn’t too bad!
