It's a very good experience only two rounds of interview . Technically there is no lag in the hiring process and yes the communication with panel members is very good as well

Interview
It was good , got basic and practical questions on snowflake. Project explanation should be good as questions will be asked to explain it.the Interviewer was polite and helped to navigate in complex questions. Overall good experience.
First it was a Screening round then Senior Manager took 1st round of technical interview. Their experience was more and expectations was more so couldn't crack this interview. It took 2 days for screening and scheduling technical interview.
