Did not get the role in the end. The phone interview was not too long - around 20 minutes or so and the questions asked were not too difficult or technical. Friendly conversation and ample opportunity to answer. Interviewer spent plenty of time explaining cap gemini, development opportunities and the information about the scheme.

The entire process followed a systematic approach, with regular follow-ups and clear communication from the HR team, which made the experience transparent and reassuring
