Interview
Capgemini started the interview process with Aptitude test which were consists of logical, mathematical and English grammar questions. They might include group discussion as for fresher there was not any GD round Second/Third round was technical round where they asked some technical questions and some logical questions too. Last round was HR round.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Coimbatore) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was hassle free and there was the support team if there was any connection interruption in the interview and solved it. Good interview overall and i would suggest to everyone

Interview
The role which I was interviewed was for contact support group an entry level job as a software associate. The role involves dealing with the clients and solving their probelms. So my interview questions were all HR based questions. They were basically looking for candidates who has a good communication skill and are flexible working during night shifts. That's all.
