Interview
Interview is directly started by HR . Before interview round I have cleared all other rounds of Capgemini like MCQ assessment, gaming round , psuedo codes, english assessment,and also a english communication assessment which is known as SVAR test.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
