A multi stage process starting with a call with someone from their recruitment team/HR who asked a lot of questions very quickly - this was probably more intense than the next stage! Next was a video call with the hiring manager which was more casual and they asked about my experience and motivations for the role. Then I received a brief with a data analysis and presentation task for the next interview stage. This was a more detailed brief than others I’ve seen for similar jobs and contained a data set to analyse as well as information on context e.g. KPI and target. There was then an hour video call where I presented the slides and they asked questions (hiring manager plus another team member). The questions were largely about the content and the interviewers were friendly. The final stage was to speak to the marketing director (30 min video call) where I was asked lots of quick fire questions like in the very first stage. I was told this would be more of a casual chat about cultural fit, however it didn’t seem like that and didn’t give the best impression. Communication throughout the process was quite good until after the final stage as it was a few weeks to hear back. However in general a fairly positive process with friendly interviewers and they asked for feedback via an anonymous survey after each stage.
