The interviews were really informative and gave me a good idea of what the job entailed. The test itself was a good metric to measure the candidates understanding of data manipulation and analysis as it covered areas like time and date calculation, large amounts of data, missing values, categorical data, etc. It would also help gauge the candidates understanding of different classification models.
