Il primo colloquio con HR non coincideva affatto con quanto discusso dai manager durante il secondo incontro, né per le mansioni né per la sede di lavoro. Inoltre, i manager non sembravano avere chiarezza sul fatto che mi stessi candidando per una posizione junior o senior, probabilmente a causa di una mancanza di comunicazione con HR. Una volta chiarito il ruolo, il colloquio tecnico si è rivelato estremamente difficile e snervante, con un approccio poco professionale. Nonostante questo, mi è stato detto che l'incontro era andato bene, ma non era in linea con le mie aspettative economiche. In definitiva, una completa perdita di tempo.

round 1: technical - asked on past project experience and few technical questions
round 2: technical+managerial asked on past project experience, technical questions as well as behavioural questions.
It was good and very handy questions on resume and basic understanding of topics . General topics regarding pega CSA and CSSA with hands on question . Also expect some of project managerial skill .
