Extremely time consuming process. No respect for candidates time. Outreach Call with Recruiter 30 minutes. Interview call with Team Leader 40 minutes. 3 separate single 1 hour interview with 3 different person/stakeholders from different departments. Same questions asked all the time. Some question non-sense, showing no interviewing skills from these people. Last minute rescheduling that caused so much trouble with my current job commitment. Calls scheduled after a long working day one after another. Useless but positive feedback and then rejection email (?). Pretty sure they discarded my profile for my salary request (To be precise, in line with region and experience requirements, notified during first interview). A lot to improve from company side, not a pleasant experience.
