There was a tedious online application and test like thing. They called me a few days after I sent it in and set up a time for me to come in to interview. The interview was just me and a manager standing in the corner of the store chatting.. very casual! Asked me questions about school and more specific questions like how I would make a connection with a customer

I was asked how I would define Gaps style, I just said simple and classic!
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
