Recruited for the position. Three phone interviews with team members, then asked to write an 8-10 page research note and 10 minute presentation. Final interview was presentation followed by questions from whole team. I thought the questions would focus on the presentation, but they ranged on different topics. In the end, I was told the group was looking for a specific skill set (which they knew I didn't have going in), so I felt my time was wasted.

The interview was average checking on market sizing, logical thinking and an aptitude and secondary research test. They just wanted to know how much I am excited to work as a secondary research
