Interview
Very punctual and the interview questions were targeted to maximize the amount of information needed for the job at hand. There were preliminary questions prior to the phone interview that I had to fill out and email to the recruiter.

Question 1
What skills has your previous job experience given you to make you well-equipped for this role?
Very informal, very unprofessional, and it seemed like the interviewer was trying to rush through it to get to something else. The interviewer acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about the role and how in translates into full time employment down the line.

They asked STAR questions about your school or professional experience. They asked me how I managed skills and demonstrated leadership. The interview was not easy, but not hard. I would say prepare ahead of time.
Supportive recruitment process and hiring team. They guided me through the process giving me a good amount of support and the supporting documentation that would be required whilst also providing actionable development points to inout as the stages of the process continued
