phone screen, interview with scientist, then short seminar and speak with several scientists. Everyone I spoke with was highly engaged and respectful. Communication was always timely. Overall they made me feel comfortable during the whole experience.

Very welcoming. Talked to folks from all over the department for 30 minutes each. Lunch with other scientific researchers. Overall, it was more of a interview for cultural fit rather than technical expertise. They already knew I had the skills to do the job.
