Interview
It was a heavily behavioral based interview. It lasted 30 minutes exactly. I was surprised I wasn’t asked “tell me about yourself” which was disappointing. They want to know how well you communicate yourself.

Describe a time when you had to solve a problem with a team.
Great Interview process very smooth. The entire process took a month or so. It was a pre recorded interview with straightforward behavioral questions and then a 45 min virtual interview with the hiring manager.
The process was smooth and more like a causal conversation. The hiring manager introduced the project they are currently working on and then the relevant skillset for the job. Then they started to ask about my research and a few specific project in my resume.

Phone call with HM for 15 min. Professional questions were asked like self introduction and then the job description with detailed by the HM. Very pleasant experience since the conversation is efficient
