Interview
I breezed through the interviews with all the seasoned engineers, many phone interviews, many tough questions where I had to think on my feet. I got to the end and the hiring manager brought in a young woman to watch as I struggled with an overly complex solution to Pascal's triangle, which I could have googled for the solution. No dice, didn't get the position.
It was good. 2 System design interviews, one code review and 2 management interview. The 2 first interviews were normal. I had to design 2 diferent systems. The first one was about sending emails to clientes. The second one was about a platform to check for malicius websites at google chrome

Interview
Everything was ordered and the process was well designed.
It starts with a phone screen with HR. Basic questions from selected area.
Then phone screen with an engineer. 1 Unix based opsystem question then algorithm question, which was over medium difficulty and end of my interview process.
The recruiter's last phone call to give interview result was unusual and I liked it.
