Was contacted by an agency rep about this position and a couple of days later I had a 30 minute phone interview. The interview started off with being asked to talk about the aspects of my background which would make me the right person for this role. Other questions were in regards to how I prioritize my work and how I build relationships. It was pretty standard stuff -- but the interviewer took another call in the middle of the interview.
The second interview was an hour-long onsite interview with two interviewers. Questions were specific to the role such as:
- How would you handle a situation where you had a deadline that was not movable, and the person setting the deadline also had a deliverables date that he/she missed?
- How would you handle a situation where customers where providing negative feedback on something, e.g., a website, that was badly translated?
