Interview
They only selected girls. The finest coders in India were left out. Although it is clearly mentioned during registration that google does not discriminate based on gender, but still 90% girls were only called for interviews.

The questions were very basic array implementation type.
It was a great process where it was very welcoming and friendly where the interviewer was a good lead in leading me to awnser questions and was interested to hear more about me.

Interview
This was for PhD Position with Architecture Background. There were two coding rounds followed by a phone interview. The coding round was decent. They were focusing on logic and not the exact syntax. I am waiting on the results yet.

the interview was very good. the first round was a telephone round which was very decent. the interviewer was polite and did asked about my projects, internships and skills. It was indeed a great experience and a very smooth process.
