I get a chance to interview on campus. I get 2 questions and we need to solve them in 60 min. Questions were very hard. this is the first round of online screening. the coding round was held on HackerEarth.

Question 1
we are given an array of size n elements. and a given element x.find number of elements whose and operator is zero.
Three rounds of technical interviews. The third interviewer was not very professional and provided incorrect guidance. Every interview was about 45 minutes. After the first two, I got invited to the third round

both question solved correctly, optimized, but they replied after more than one month that there were no current open projects to join.
if there is no open projects, why interviewing too many students? the interviewing process was very slow.
