There are three interviews to go through: Behavioral interview Interview with quantitative questions A personal interview that shows the character. You have to pay attention. They want you to be active in most questions and ask them questions yourself. The information they provide you in the questions is not enough.

Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.

Waiting on the final decision now. Process took about two months
Currently interviewing, would love to learn other's experience. I passed both assessments online, they were pretty easy and took about 30-40min each. Did a phone screening, now waiting for interviews.
