I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was good and they told us on how the company works and what not. I was fascinated at their work life balance as well as the work culture. Google in comparison to the rest of the silicon valley companies google has a reputation to upheld as the biggest firm there and the although I was out on the second round of interview, they system they had in place for how to trouble shoot certain problems and what would you do if such an opportunity was given to you. Overall a very tedious process but applicable to learn a lot

Question 1
What is one instance that you were not selfish for your own gain?
Phone interview - not great questions. Lacked interest in my previous experience and didn’t ask enough probing questions. Was hard to hear also and a poor process overall. The interview lasted 15 mins and was very brief. There was no follow up after.
The interview process is smooth, and the recruiter is there to support you if you have any questions to help with your interview preparation.
However, expect some time between each round for the team to update their feedback and get back to you.
The interview lasts around 4 rounds.

Interview
