4 rounds with different interviewers all mixed types. Interviewers were of wide seniority but were all on the project team. Questions did not rely on obscure theory but applying standard data structures and considering performance. It took 2 weeks after the interview to get an offer. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the process.

Schnelle Absage über die Statusmeldung im Portal. Ohne Referenz von internen Mitarbeitern ist es schwierig, in die Interviewphase zu gelangen. Anschließend ist man für 90 Tage im Bewerbungsverfahren blockiert, was eine erneute Bewerbung ebenfalls erschwert. Das ist nicht ganz fair, wenn die Gründe für die Absage sehr unterschiedlich sein können, wie etwa wenn zu viele Bewerber bereits im Prozess sind.
